Almost all SMEs do not have in-house specialists in Health and Safety, human resources, IT services, quality and accounting. These duties are often divided up amongst directors and other key employees, therefore the business will not have the most efficient admin structure and the management team will not be fully focused on the development of the organisation owing to time spent on admin functions.
